Two Stacks Pink Tequila Cask Finish McGeoughs Exclusive 70cl

We are delighted to have collaborated with Two Stacks Irish Whiskey for our second exclusive release, a Pink tequila finish single pot still, the first ever single pot still aged in tequila casks. For this release we handpicked an intriguing Pink tequila barrel; an ex Californian red wine barrel that aged a fine small batch tequila from Jalisco, Mexico.
On the nose expect subtle aromas of strawberry, raspberry and honey.
The nose reveals subtle aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and honey, while the palate is agave-forward with delicate fresh fig, floral notes, and juicy berries. These flavors are elegantly balanced on a pot still spice foundation that lingers through the finish.
Bottled at a robust 54.5% this is sure to be a favourite for any whiskey enthusiasts or any two stacks fans.
