The wine takes 80% Merlot, soft and silky, full of black fruits in flavor. It has 10% Cabernet Franc, which brings black pepper and sweet spices, and 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, which has body, structure and tannins for aging. The wine matures for 6 months in oak barrels of 5 thousand liters. The result is a beautiful red, of medium intensity ruby coloring. On the nose is expressed in layers of black fruit, plum, notes of cinnamon with traces of tobacco and leather. In the mouth it is soft, brings red fruit and earthy nuances. It presents integrated firm tannins, present acidity and elegant sobriety, with structure and storage potential. It goes very well with steak with wood sauce, entrecôte au poivre, or a beautiful mushroom risotto.
