This Reserva is made from a selection of the best grapes from the oldest vineyards of Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo. After a slow and careful controlled fermentation with periodic pumping over to extract the desired color and aromas, it remains for 18 months in mixed American and French oak barrels, achieving a slow and harmonious evolution. It completes its aging for another 18 months in bottle before going on the market. Complex nose with aroma of black fruits, where the blackberry stands out, and great harmony of species such as cinnamon. The palate is sweet, with a sweet and round tannin that combines the acid fruit well with the wood. It is fresh, structured, with great complexity and a long aftertaste.
