This is an Amontillado Sherry, that is aged in the Winters Tale Criaderas and Soleras for a minimum of 6 years, the sherry is then slightly sweetened with Pedro Ximenez before being bottled. A rich dark golden amber colour, with aromas of dry fruits aged wood and notes of flor. A wonderfully smooth, rounded and full bodied sherry very complexed on the pallet, yet not too sweet.
